    1. Service Description

    CeilingIQ provides an online diagnostic assessment for coaching businesses. You submit business data through our intake form, and we generate a personalized report analyzing your revenue ceiling, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.

    2. Payment & Pricing

    CeilingIQ offers both one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions:

    One-Time Purchases

    • Diagnostic Report — An assessment analyzing your revenue constraints. You may purchase additional diagnostics anytime to track changes in your business.
    • Blueprint — An optional add-on with detailed implementation guidance

    Subscriptions

    • Revenue Operating System — A monthly subscription providing ongoing constraint monitoring, execution plans, and access to The Vault
    • Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew until cancelled
    • You may cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting us
    • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period

    General

    • All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
    • Prices are displayed at checkout in USD unless otherwise stated.
    • We may update pricing from time to time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes before their next billing cycle.

    You may complete the intake assessment and view a free summary of your constraint cost before purchasing the full diagnostic.

    3. Refund Policy

    Due to the digital nature of the report, all sales are final once the report has been generated. If you experience a technical issue preventing report delivery, please contact us and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

    4. Accuracy & Disclaimer

    The diagnostic report is generated based on the data you provide. Results are estimates and projections — not guarantees of business outcomes. CeilingIQ is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or business advice.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All assessment models, report templates, scoring algorithms, and branding are the intellectual property of CeilingIQ. Your generated report is licensed for your personal business use only.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, CeilingIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on the report's findings.

    7. Modifications

    We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
